Exchange:

1.If you receive an incorrect product, please contact customer service via email at solalightz@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

2.Upon receiving your complaint, Sola Lightz will verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If the complaint is genuine, Sola Lightz will initiate the replacement process.

3.To exchange the product, you must comply with the following conditions:

• Notify Sola Lightz of receipt of an incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery. If you fail to do so within 24 hours, Sola Lightz will not be liable for failure to replace the order.
• Products should be unused.
• Sola Lightz will not arrange any pick-up for the incorrect order and will not bear the courier freight charges or be responsible for damage during transport.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with original price tags/barcodes/labels/user manual/warranty card and invoices, etc.
• The returned products are subject to verification by Sola Lightz to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will bear the shipping costs for the product.
• Once the product is received by Sola Lightz, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 7 days.

• Goods will be dispatched only after full payment.
